How I Met Your Father Reviews

Season one was rough but s 2 is a lot more like the HIMYM we know and love. Once you accept that the characters are not the same, and have some 🥬🍃, it’s a blast and I laugh out loud at least once an episode.

I really Liked it more than I thought I would. It’s same universe. Lots of parallels but not a direct copy. It finds its own voice. The future mom grew on me but that was weakest at first. Duff is adorable but the whole cast is great. Waiting for season 2

the humor just seems so forced, nothing about it feels natural

Okay I’m HOOKED. Was not that much of a fan of the first season bc I spent the majority comparing it to HIMYM. But I think this show finds its groove in its second season and the finale is just beautiful. Excited for S3

I refuse to taint how I met your mother with this garbage. My only regret is there is not a hate button.

It took a while to feel the chemistry between the characters, but by halfway through season one it had hit its stride and I really looked forward to each new episode. Excited to see where they take this show.

Pale comparison to the original. It’s okay tho. Watchable as something to be in the background. But modern sitcoms are just not good - too PC, not funny, try-hard… just not good.

10/10 great show Hilary Duff really shines and the rest of the cast fits together so well I’m curious who the father turns out to be!

Tried to give this a fair chance but I don’t think this needed a remake. The comedy doesn’t land and they haven’t been able to build characters you care about the way the original did.

Wasn’t the worst thing i’ve ever watched but I don’t like how they tried to make it just like the old one (IT CANNOT COMPARE😤)
- i was actually bored & barely paid attention cause ik it couldn’t compare to the OG
- didn’t appreciate them changing the intro song a little

I actually kinda preferred this to the original. really wanted them to continue it.

The ending was pretty cheesy and predictable but it was cute. Obviously doesn’t come even close in comparison to himym but they tried. Getting to see robin & Barney though,, those were definitely the best parts.
