9/10 This series has a lot of good and bad things. Bad things aside this series does a great job at diving deep into each character and making them feel real and really showing the nostalgia of growing with friends in college and then moving apart because of different careers and interests. I love the animation style as well. What I don’t like and I can see this is generally agreed on by most people, is the decision to design hagu to look much younger than she actually is, she is easily my least favorite character because of her design and how she interacts it’s very annoying. Also I hate how in pretty much the last episode they have shuji who is like her father figure basically, admit he’s in love with her… like what an awful decision by the author and it ruins such a good character originally. I really can’t rate this low because those two things aside this series was good but yeah a lot of bad things as well. Season 1 was definitely better, I pray that someone just makes a better adaption of this and removes those things.

One of those Anime that I have a love and hate relationship with but in a good way. My ship just didn't sail in the end. I am so devastated in the end. 😭
