Ngl surprisingly good, surprisingly involved with the couples (well most of them….some we didn’t see very much), surprisingly short, surprisingly would recommend watching

The premise was an okay watch overall, but it felt quite underdeveloped. The sudden reveal that the couples had been together for a week was jarring, especially given that we had seen all of about five minutes of them on screen. Because of that, it was difficult to feel invested in what was unfolding. At times, the programme felt less like a carefully thought-out concept and more like a comeback vehicle for the presenter. The random race at the end only added to the confusion. There was some potential there, but overall it didn’t feel fully formed or particularly well executed.
