i’m a die hard halo fan but, holy fuck that was a big improvement from szn one. waay more action, thankfully they finally understood the lore. the szn finale gave me fucking goosebumps, wish every episode was like that. can’t wait for szn three, it’s looking great. 9 / 10

Season 2 hasent even been fully released yet, but holy shit is this show good. I didn’t know what to expect from a video game show but it’s actually amazing. Good animations, amazing story, good action, just all around an amazing show. Can’t wait to watch more

A disgrace to the franchise as a whole.
I will admit though, the show had its moments, art wise. Some of the designs were cool. It’s clear the show runners are lost as to what Halo is. They have no grip on the story.
As an avid Halo fan, this couldn’t have been any worse.

really well done show based on the Halo videogame. the show is not canon to the game so i can't complain about anything they get wrong from the main story of Halo. all in all, good show.

Halo completely misunderstood everything that made the Halo games great. It misses the mark as a Halo show, and it misses the mark as a show in general. Everything feels flat and uninteresting despite the incredible world the games laid out of them.

The first episode didn’t really captivate me, I think it’s because I’m so used to the games and the voice actor of mc in that. That the actor here just threw it off for me personally. I’m sure it’s a decent show but not for me 🤷🏻♂️

8/10, The casting was masterful, well choreographed fight scenes.
I really enjoyed the density of the world building and you feel like the game is brought to life.
Lesson: Look within when making choices , less regrets will follow.

If you’re a Halo fan the show is terrible. If you’re not a Halo fan it’s an incredibly mid, tropey, awkwardly acted Sci fi show. A show made for no one.
Worst of all? They somehow found a way to make a Sci fi show about armored super soldiers fighting aliens BORING!!!

As an adaptation, this often feels disconnected from the games. Seeing Chief without a mask all the time is so weird. Still, it shines when blending game iconography with character-focused storytelling. Combat scenes, Covenant grunts, & subtle first-person nods feel authentic.
