Green Lantern: The Animated Series

I gotta show love to this, it only feels right, rewatched the whole thing, brought back so many memories, but regardless of nostalgia it just has everything, the characters, the lanterns, the action, I just wish we saw more constructs from basically all of them, regardless, dope

Loved this show as a kid, loved it as an adult.

This series is such a hidden, underrated gem. It’s a shame it was only treated as promotional material for the terrible live action movie, resulting in it only getting 1 season.

Yet, because of that 1 season limit, this show has an amount of world building that I’m not sure I’ve ever seen any other show pull off in 1 singular season. Before I rewatched this as an adult, thinking back to it I could have sworn it had like 4 seasons. Turns out it just has 4 seasons worth of world building packed into 1 season, and I mean that in a good way.
