tried to watch but nothing will ever compare to the original

The massive X on the thumbnail is fitting. Remaking this show is a bigger mistake than my brother’s conception. Everyone in this cast should apologize

Boring. I dropped off after a few episodes. Was bummed because I loved the original.

Even though I thought this show was kinda cheesy and the script is very rushed I was still very much addicted to watching the next episode, season 2 was getting really good and then they’ve now cancelled it,I did like the concept of knowing who gossip girl was & the stress of It

I’ve decided nothing will ever live up to the original, no matter how hard they try. Hoping this show gets cancelled because they threw everything at the wall hoping it would stick and it just doesn’t work.

The original gossip girl is my most watched show and my whole teenage years. This new one is just nothing like it. I just think it kind of drags on and it isn’t as nail biting and scandalous as the OG. I think it has potential but I find myself getting bored over the “scandals”.

So much better than I expected. I have made the decision to not watch season 2 because I wanna keep my peace and I have seen some spoilers that might take my peace away. ❤️❤️

You guys are lucky I only have 280 characters here, because I could write an entire book about how horrible this thing is.

And then the other girl just annoyed me

Sometimes drama was unnecessary and boring but still I got up at 6 every morning 😝

Watching this straight after finishing the original show for the first time was a big mistake because it pales in comparison 🫠 Things started to somewhat pick up in Season 2 but then the show got cancelled 💀 The cameos were nice though, I liked seeing where everyone ended up

Could have been a good standalone show, but did not live up to the original, it tired to have the same effect but you couldn’t connect to them as much
