the two months following my lgbt breakup i spent watching Girls slowly. Now that it is finished i am sad, it meant a lot to me and was comforting. Now it’s over, maybe i’m moving to a new chapter… exploring what is next for me

Only 3 episodes in. I have never viscerally hated a character like I hate Lena Dunham’s. Apatow has made me like characters I don’t before but holy shit this is INSUFFERABLE. Rename this show “Liberal White Girl Problems.” The girl from Get Out being the best friend adds to this😂

I understand that Hannah is supposed to be flawed and unlikable but she was just so infuriating at all times it made the show so hard to watch

An exhausting, narcissistic, ramble about four shockingly inept people, bumbling around and fucking up their lives with one stupid decision after another.

Really great show! The characters can definitely be really annoying with their choices but it was really good and had realistic actors and scenarios to make it relatable! Will stand on the hill that Adam and Hannah should’ve been end game even though she didn’t deserve him🤷‍♀️
