Fruits Basket

Loved it!! The first season is a little drawn out but is needed for character development. Once you’re in season two you start to like how different each character is, their stories, and how they grow. And Tohru who for me was annoying at first becomes really admirable in the end

This was the 1st anime I watched when I started intentionally seeking it out. I thought it was going to be a sweet high s hoop romance 😅 and I ended up having what was essentially anime therapy as this show ripped my heart out, took it apart, fixed the broken bits & replaced it.

Ngl, I thought the pacing for S1 was slow but S2 and S3 were so good! Guess the whole first season was meant to introduce the characters better. Great series!
