Not the best documentary but the interviews from the survivors and archived videos of the cult leaders are interesting to watch. Could have been a 60 min movie but instead Netflix drags it out to 3 episodes

It’s obvious from the outside to see the cult model & cult behavior within TFU, but I can also see how easy it is to get sucked into an environment that promises love and connections. Disturbing to watch ppl’s lives get upended. Important to learn the nuances of being controlled

Ngl I feel like If you get sucked into a cult in this day and age there’s gotta be something wrong with you. Especially with this many red flags from the get go.

Hugely disturbing

I had never heard of this cult before and it was an interesting story. I was left wanting to know more about the “leaders” and their motives. This was more about a few who ‘escaped.’

For one it’s booooorrrring. Two, it consists of low IQ activities, it’s dumb, embarrassing, and annoying to see how stupid people are.

All the people that fell for this scam are delusional.

Ugh I’m so annoyed cuz there’re MANY red flags !!!!!!! How can you be okay with someone telling you what to do with your life and who you have sex with, i mean apply this on your parents would you accept them telling you what to do with your life ??? NO. strangers are acceptable?

8/10 Jeff and Shelia are messed up people that are profiting off of the emotions and struggles of others. I hope they face the consequences of their actions.

Unbelievable how sucked in people get with things

It blows my mind how susceptible people can be to these scams. Even at your most vulnerable state, I don’t understand how you can bypass all these red flags. Every interview in this documentary was ridiculous, not to mention these poor mothers speaking on losing their child. 3/10
