As a nurse, I know medical professionals really appreciated a realistic depiction of what it’s really like without the need to explain every single thing being done and oversaturate with soap opera romantic drama like Greys Anatomy and every other hospital drama.

truly not enough can be said about this show. this show changed my life, the characters, the lessons learned, the drama, the patients all of it is incredible. although it has its many flaws it shines in many more ways and i wish i could say more about how this show changed me ❤️

I recently completed a rewatch of this, having not seen it since it was first aired, and it still totally stands up. It’s a bit of a show of 2 halves, with the earlier seasons being better, but it’s all great tv. So many other medical shows owe their existence to it.
