i read the book and loved it but this was nothing spectacular. i heavily considered not finishing it and probably wouldn’t waste the time to watch again. i hated the acting, and the cast didn’t really portray the main characters well.

Romola Garai is an excellent actress, gives us an excellent insight into Emma’s mind and character.
