This is literally the best show to ever exist. emily and sue fill the hole in my heart and their story was played out perfectly. i’m sad that we didn’t get any emily and sue in the last episode but i like the ending so i guess it’s okay. hailee and ella slayed these roles so hard

I LOVED THIS SHOW, the first maybe 4 episodes were kind of slow and boring to me but it ended up getting so much better and the more episodes you watch the better it gets and builds up.. anywho stan Hailee steinfeld and the relationship ..

the only time i had heard of emily dickinson was in english class for our modern literature unit. this show is beautifully strung together but also way too short of a series. i wish apple would continue this masterpiece and give the people what they want. emily + sue forever ❤️

i really wanted to like this but the music kept putting me off and there was lots that i couldn't understand so i kinda stopped watching after the first season, maybe i will rewatch another time but idk

Beautiful portrayal of an amazing writer in a funny and contemporary way. The show pushes boundaries with its comedic style and commentary on social issues of then and now. They speak about the oppression of women, black people, and queer people throughout time. Emily & Sue 😍

Loved this show. It’s I sooooooo incredibly good. Both Hailee and Ella fit their roles so well and it is acted out so well. It’s a shame none of them have more roles just laying around. Especially a big dump for Hailee. She is so good in everything she does and I want more nowwww

I really loved the poetry and the cinematography of this series. It’s funny, dramatic and intelligent. The way death is portrayed is so well done. A great discovery!

one of my favourite tv shows ever, the ending left me with that feeling and i have rewatched this shows so many times and specific episodes bc it’s so good

This show is so refreshing and entertaining. The mixture of old time society with modern life blends together so seamlessly that it sometimes surprises me lol.

It was okay it had its ups and downs. A bit confused about the ending. The first season was definitely slow and boring and all the characters were hated at some point.
