6/10 - Lily’s character is infuriating at times. Nick Offerman is great. I’m unreasonably annoyed that they cast a young woman to play a teenage boy and didn’t make him trans or make the character a girl. Overall plot was slow at times. Didn’t love the ending. Overhyped on Reddit

I love the themes. Someone compared it to Severance which made me watch it. It definitely isn’t that good, but it does have some thought provoking scenes and some good twists. But it never reaches the level greatness, in part due to some pretty stiff acting.

Wrestles with some interesting themes. Nice cinematography. Wooden acting, but feels like it may be part of the intent.

Solid start of the series and a cool premise, but ending didn’t live up to my own hype

I’ve seen the first 3 episodes and I did not really like it. I just don’t quite get what the point should be, not that deep enough of a mystery to keep watching for me and the plot is kinda slow-burning.

Very interesting concept

An interesting story that unfortunately gets bogged down in very slow story telling. Nick holfferman and Alison pill are great but the younger cast disappoints.

Really unique piece of art. So complicated and questionable to existence

This is Alex Garland‘s underrated, opus. This show rocks do yourself a favor and watch it. It’s only one season tight story.

Weird and hard to follow

Really good storytelling. The cinematography is well done, reminds me of Ex Machina style filming. Acting is a little dry & the ending pissed me off but other than that solid show!

Mid writing and poor acting (for the most part). For a show that contained a lot of dialogue, it falls short. Didn’t really care about any of the characters and an unlikable lead. Unfortunate because it was a fascinating concept, great sound design, and some killer themes 4.4/10

Fantastic show. Alex Garland always delivers.
