Why does everyone like this

i remember watching it in middle school. it was okay back then, but i dont think i'll enjoy watching it now. could be a tear-jerker for emotionally sensitive folks.

Clannad After story has my heart omg it was so sad but that’s why I loved it so much. The first season is okay, but After story is so good. If you don’t like to cry, I wouldn’t watch it lol. I cried almost every episode.

loved this as a kid, but this time it took me months to finish. season 1 felt boring and dragged out, but season 2 was so much better! so much sadness, you’ll definitely bawl your eyes out. all in all, a story filled with harsh truths about life.

Good show, fun story with good animation but idk at times it just felt really draggy. After the second szn it had this lull of good moments and then long dullness so if you want something to watch yes, but if you want edge of your seat..pass…5/10

everyone needs to watch it

The story of a guy helping a girl create a theater club.
The character were great and very lovely.
Each stories were nice and emotional.
Second part was very sad but very lovely too.
This anime is a masterpiece.

To say this series impacted me would be an understatement of note. I first watched this when I was 14 & to this day, at almost 26, I still WEEP at the name alone. Everything; the characters, storylines, reveals, heartbreaks, comedic moments; 10s across the fucking board🥹

Kotomi is my favorite. I love her smmmm!! made me cry!! Definitely one of my favorite romance animes! If you enjoy this the visual novel is a lot better in my opinion, you should check it out!:)
