This usually isn’t the kind of stuff I like to watch. It is well acted, and the writing is captivating. Every episode had me thinking that a different person is the killer. Highly recommended!

I loved this show so much

It handled very dark subjects without making them trivial or lighthearted like some shows do
The characters had well built backgrounds, weren’t flat, and had actual growth over time

This show had so many gut-renching scenes that make you want to cry

Loved it

If you like dramatic (British) detective shows, this one’s for you. Especially if you don’t mind getting caught up in depravity (the police can’t help it, and they deal with it too). The real greatness of this show is how it gets you to empathize closely with the main cast. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
