Born Evil: The Serial Killer and the Savior
This is one of those true-crime documentaries that gets more disturbing the deeper it goes. The story of Hadden Clark is horrifying enough on its own, but the series becomes even stranger as it explores his relationship with his cellmate, Jack Truitt, and the confessions and information Clark shared with him.
I thought the documentary did a good job of showing just how manipulative, unpredictable, and deeply unsettling Clark was without making him seem fascinating simply because he was a serial killer. There are plenty of bizarre details, disturbing claims, and unanswered questions that kept me interested throughout the series.
At times, though, the storytelling feels a little drawn out and repetitive. There were moments when I wanted it to move along instead of circling back over information we’d already heard. Still, the case itself is so unusual that it held my attention.
Overall, this was a solid true-crime watch. Dark, bizarre, creepy, and frustrating in all the ways you’d expect from a story involving a killer whose full list of victims may never actually be known.

Infuckingsane. God bless Jack for dealing with that psychotic babbling shit for as long as he did just to bring justice to those girls. I really think Hadden is smarter than he lets on and most def killed many more.

RATING - 6.3🍿
This documentary follows the investigation and story of Hadden Clark, an extremely bizarre man that is suspected of being a serial killer. The documentary goes into his weird relationship with his cellmate who he thinks is Jesus and he must come clean to.
I give this documentary series a 6.3 bags of 🍿 as it definitely is a bizarre story. The layout of the series is good and the information you are given is definitely worthy of the documentary. I must say though it’s a bit misleading to me because Hadden is never even proven to be a serial killer and at the end is just a bizarre human and to me that just spoils the ending. I would recommend this though to any person that is into real life crime documentaries.
