Quite intriguing, but a pity about changing cast, but it didn’t effect the plot at all

My biggest gripe of this season is Shin Sae Kyung's performance of Tanya. Her portrayal was quite underwhelming and lackluster. Is this how she always acts in historical dramas? Her performance pales in comparison to the performances of Jang Dong Gun, Kim Ok Bin, and Lee Joon Gi.

10/10 I loved this series, and rewatched this season a few times until the next one was released. I laughed, I cried, it was a very good experience that I remember with pleasure

Such a good kdrama, medieval times and modern problems

I like it but when the actor and actress changed for the second season i dropped it

How have they not come out with season 2 yet banger show

I absolutely hate the trope where they split up the main characters with no way to communicate, I enjoyed this regardless of that

Loved this series.

Watched this for Song Joong-Ki but stayed for ta gon (jang dong gun) and taealha (Kim ok-vin). Their story is more interesting than the leads. Excited to see how their story ends
And eun-seom is great but sa-ya stole my heart.
Eagerly waiting for season 2.

I enjoyed watching this drama so much I watched it 4 more times 😭. It’s my most fave historical fantasy kdrama. The concept, the issues it depicts/tackles and portrays, the characters, cast and the nature scenes are so thought provoking and wonderful to indulge in. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
