the cops in this mad me so angry like just the way the the were so set there “belief” was so ridiculous and unprofessional and when they put the guys phone on airplane mode when they literally got TWO traceable calls from the kidnapper. actually insane

absolutely insane... the corrupt cops and virtually everything they did and said gave me an anger migraine. thank god for the female cop standing up for the women, the amount of misogyny in this... unbelievable

Wow, one of my favorite true crime docs. What a crazy story. Was on the edge of my seat almost the whole time. If you’re into Netflix crime docs…this is for you. 3 gripping episodes

Holy shit. This was so heavy. She is so strong. I had so much rage for her, sometimes I really resent law enforcement/the system and this is a perfect example of why. It was so f*cked up everything that happened to her but it was so empowering how she rose above it all, she’s seriously so strong the ending had me in tears. One of the best documentaries I’ve seen just because it was so powerful and emotional.

I’m glad the store is out but I think how the producers put everything together, it’s meant to be for entertainment, stocking the fires of the mystery. At least the couple had the opportunity to speak their truth at the end.

I believed his story and then believed the media which is just…fucked. But as soon as she told the story I knew she was telling the truth. And it’s enraging that the police did fuck all. The worst part is this disbelief of rape is still so fucking rampant.
