Great to have Padma and food competition back in my life. This series doesn't have the soulful depth and character building of Top Chef and it's limited to a single sterile studio kitchen rather than real world locations, but it included some remarkably talented and ambitious chefs.

This show feels fresh and fun! Love anything with Padma and casting a former Top Chef contestant drew me in, but the creative challenges, character development of the contestants, and fast pacing kept me invested.

Man. This just didn’t give me the vibe I wanted. It felt like a very condescending Top Chef. It’s really unfortunate because I want it to be successful since I like everyone on it.
