So far a really good expansion to the story

Edit: episodes 3 and 4 came out and now its even better

Edit 2: 5 and 6 came out. Great show

Edit 3: 7 and 8 were fantastic but disturbing

Edit 4: Although the ending felt a little rushed and unexplained, the show was a masterpiece

so grateful to live in a time where this was made
i love adventure time so much, this felt like a love letter to kids who grew up watching it

Omg I love this show so much. Seeing Shermey and Beth was so coool and I hope we get more 💗 I also really love Simon and Adult Finn.

the only thing I love more than lore is crying at cartoons, as per usual adventure time delivers on both, genuinely fantastic

brilliant but it’s just not the same

I love Fionna but really only because she’s such a flawed character. I saw some people saying this season sucked or whatever, and I think it’s because Fionna acts irrationally and selfishly when she gets angry. This isn’t the same kind of epic journey she went on in the first season - she’s dealing with real world problems instead of fantastical ones (tho she does have a couple of those too). Idk I thought it was a good expansion of her character as a human. Also I love fennel and I want them to be in lesbians and fern is alive so I’m happy 😊

Holy shit this is so good. I NEED them to make more seasons. AT changed my life, I’ve been watching and rewatching since it came out, I think when I was 12. I’ve wanted a sequel for years but Distant lands was such a letdown, it just didn’t have the AT spirit. This is full of it

Meh

I think Cartoon Network makes some of the best reboots we had close enough and now we have Fionna and Cake. It is a great dose of nostalgia for all of us who grew up loving adventure time. I wouldn’t mind another season but I can live with the 1.❤️the creator of this radical show.

I love seeing more adventure time content, even if it’s a spin off that won’t have very many episodes.
