We likened it to HBO’s Deadwood as far as character-driven, gritty, period dramas go. Very enjoyable!

Another great show from Steven Knight. Definitely scratches that Peaky Blinders itch.

The 2 season for me not bad .. but not like the 1 season .. 6,5/10 🤷‍♂️

I lied I do like, some of it was not for me but it was good

7.8/10 - A Thousand Blows impresses with its plot, design and production, bolstered by Kirby’s performance and a strong cameo from Nelson-Joyce. However, for a show centered on fighting, the weak choreography and cinematography in the action scenes are a major letdown.

A wonderful fun series brought alive by Erin Doherty, so happy to see her getting more work as she is a fabulous actress!

Short and sweet- looking forward for the next season. Stephen Graham and Erin Doherty are fab in this. Love a British series.

Gave up, her accent annoys me for some reason, feels forced

9/10 above expectations, allow for character and plot to build. This shows feel/mood has longevity. All Cast and directors outstanding and believable. Looking forward to season 2 in 2026. Recommend.
