Very good series, shock ending which took me off guard

Is now one of my all time favorite series I’ve watched. Definitely recommend

Sad ending but still wanna be a cowboy

If you’re looking for a rugged wagon-trail adventure that completely pulls you in, 1883 absolutely delivers. The heart of the show is Elsa, played by the incredible Isabel May. Her narration is downright hypnotizing—you could easily listen to her read a grocery list and still feel like you're embarking on a grand, tragic epic.

Riding shotgun with her is Sam Elliott, who is his usual brilliant self, delivering maximum gruff gravitas with that legendary mustache and a voice that sounds like a warm gravel road.

Beyond the stellar cast, the breathtaking scenery practically steals the show. The landscapes are so stunning they make you want to immediately book a trip to Oregon and Montana to explore those wide-open skies for yourself (though preferably with a comfortable hotel waiting at the end of the day rather than a covered wagon).

1883 is a fantastic, gripping ride from start to finish, and I can’t wait to dive straight into 1923 and Yellowstone next.
