this is the only reality tv show i be watching. something about it. i just love it. and throughout the show tammy got better but i really didn’t like her in the beginning. chris and amanda are my all time favorites tho

Inspiring, I only have 800 pounds more to go!

Tammy and Amy have a tough road ahead but their story is an interesting watch. I love their sense of humor and that the family doesn’t shy away from keeping it real with one another despite cameras being there. Rooting them on!

It’s more than just a weight loss show it’s a raw look at sisterhood and survival. 💖 Seeing Tammy’s incredible journey from nearly bedridden to her milestone skin removal surgery is genuinely inspiring. It's rare to see such vulnerability on reality TV.
