Zombieland: Double Tap

Madison gets too much hate tbh she’s iconic. This might be controversial but I like this just as much as the first one bc it’s just fun (the first ones still a tiny bit better tho)

DEWD I FCKN LOVE THIS MOVIE! Better than the first one imo and more funny

In some ways, it's better, in others, not so much. It definitely stook to the source, which i loved. It enhanced the world building, the references to reality, and the little things like the on-screen text. I loved the way it took me out like a page of illustrations in a book. The same with the comedy. It felt continuous from the first. The story was bad enough in the first, but to go even worse just feels annoying. Loved the action and soundtrack, as per, but I wanted more. The only zombie movies I can watch are comedies. So I want another in ten more years.

Rated: 7.2/10

I honestly just wanted to watch a brainless zombie themed road trip. I love this; it’s a goofy, nostalgic ride that totally recaptures the crew’s messy chemistry.

The Director's Eye (What Worked):
• Harrelson and Eisenberg’s bickering feels super natural.
• Deutch steals the show; her clueless energy is the best part.
• That unbroken motel fight tracking shot is visually awesome.

The Friction (What Didn't Click for Me):
• The hippie commune section dragged for me and felt like filler.
• The Wilson/Middleditch doppelgänger bit overstayed its welcome.

The Verdict:
I love it. Watch for a goofy reunion. Skip if you want high-stakes scares.

Pretty dumb, as zombieland should. Good easy watch with funny moments and no brain required.
