A beautifully shot, unique story with an excellent soundtrack.
It probably shouldn’t be labeled as a horror movie; it incorporated horror elements with folklore but aside from a pervading uneasiness there was nothing scary about the movie

Gorgeous yet bleak and relatively hard to follow. Beautiful soundtrack. An hour and forty-nine minutes but feels like a lifetime. Violent and disturbing peppered with light amounts of satisfaction. Hard to recommend but hard not to appreciate. Definitely a piece of art.

simplistic, but that is what makes it beautiful. it is not for everyone like many films but when it is, it tugs at your heart and your mind.

How much can be said without words…
Unhurried, rich scenes that you absorb with multiple senses, you don’t just watch them, you feel them. This film stays with you. Long after it ends, it lingers in your mind, refusing to be forgotten. Unforgettable beautiful cinematic journey..

Beautifully filmed. It is bleak, harsh, but with moments of… joy? Maybe not joy, maybe it’s just less bleak & harsh and therefore that feels uplifting in contrast? It’s a movie that requires thought. You have to process this.

it was okay, i like the end

I truly love how this movie was filmed, it felt ardent. Watching this movie felt off, but with a strong sense of emotion and direction, to one’s path. We follow the eyes of immaturity, and its consequences with the perspectives of human experience, during its time.

Took a while for it to develop but by the end it told a grotesquely beautiful, unique, story of love, loss, and the Human condition. Wouldn’t classify it as horror but the soundtrack and every actors’ performance was perfect especially Maria’s bitter ass.

MARIA YOU OLD UGLY BITTER BITCH!! This movie was way more emotional than I thought it would be. Amazing concept, script, score. Every actor fucking devoured. I loved this so much.

I can appreciate a good slow burn, but this was WAY TOO SLOW! Fought sleep the entire time.
