Excellent movie. Great acting.

Omg what a great cast and just wtf? Great storytelling!

I fear this is one of those films that was completely ruined by editing. The story felt messy rather than illuminating. But there were definitely parts I liked! The story, acting, and style of the film really worked for me. Ultimately though, it all felt aimless.

Great performance, especially from Lisa Kudrow and Val Kilmer, but the film has a very mediocre script. It also pales in comparison to Boogie Nights, which feels more real and much better executed and is only inspired by John Holmes’ life.
