I adore this sequel for its messy, honest teen emotions. Wilma’s quiet queer love story is beautiful and ahead of its time. Melanie is rebellious, chaotic, and low-key iconic. It’s funny, dramatic, and captures that confusing in-between phase of growing up perfectly.
