8/4/26: What a disconcerting drama exploring the seedy, dark, and perturbed sides of sex before the sexual revolution even began! Very oddball in its storytelling and direction, giving it a surreally modern yet alien ambience. Each shot feels like a Pulp Novel cover from the 50s, yet it’s so intimate and natural in the way it plays out. Also, Sal Mineo is outrageously hot, and even though he’s very creepy in this movie, this film reallllly accentuates how hot his body is lmfaooo. I can’t stop thinking about this movie!
