Where the Crawdads Sing

It was okay. I’m so very disappointed in the ending I’m actually annoyed😂 The book’s ending was a million times better. The ending to this movie literally doesn’t compare because it lacked detail and wow factor. This move gets a 5/10 for me. Read the book instead.

I LOVED IT!!! I personally didn't read the book yet so i cannot make that comparison as of now but the cinematics were incredible!!!! The story itself is bloody awesome, a true mystery and the actors were amazing. A type of movie i immediately wanted to rewatch after it ended.

Sweet movie that felt like “The Notebook” had a baby with a John Grisham novel.
Good cast and story. Definitely worth the watch!

This movie surprised me in that I was actually a big fan of it. I thought the pacing was a little slow, but the acting, romance, and story were really well done with a really good ending. Taylor John Smith as Tate was my standout. Overall a really good movie, a solid 7.5/10

I did enjoy this movie very much but I do personally prefer the book. I just think some important details were missing. Otherwise it was mostly exactly as I pictured it while reading the book.
