I didn’t expect to enjoy this movie as much as I did. Came out in 1968, a pretty pivotal year globally. But it’s a WW2 spy movie. Lots of twists and turns. Kept me guessing. Lots of fun.

the things i watch for hot actors..

The most *fun* I’ve had with an action film since John Wick 4. Tense and frequent action with some really interesting set-pieces. Solid performances throughout and the directing is great. Loved the score too. Excellent film

Perhaps my second favorite WWII genre film. A must-see.

Where Eagles Dare is an unforgettable classic that’s stayed with me since watching it with my brother at 10. With an incredible cast, including Clint Eastwood, it’s packed with suspense and action. A thrilling ride from start to finish.

Clint Eastwood can tackle any genre and this time he leaves his mark within the war genre.
But this was as a really well written and directed ww2 film that had an absolutely shocking twist in the end.
