kinda movie you gotta sit in silence and just stare at the wall for a while after

I really don’t know how to feel about this. Such a terribly hard watch. So incredibly well made, but just so depressing. Didnt really get anything outta it.

There was clearly so much heart put into it, I’ll always appreciate that, but man that was a miserable time

A beautiful and tragic movie. I love when certain scenes have different animation styles and those variations really helped with the tone of the scenes. The theme of naive loyalty really stood out to me. A man trusting in doing “the correct thing,” even if it feels ridiculous.

A haunting film that feels almost too accurate to the current state of the world. The art style is beautiful and the transition into modelled sets during the film is so interesting.
