What We Did on Our Holiday Reviews

I loved how they managed to talk about such difficult topics through humor and innocence from the children's perspective. Lottie carried this whole movie period🥹 it was so funny and also so so sad. as a child of divorce it hit me twice as hard. also hit right in my grandpa issues😂 but it really warmed my heart❤️‍🩹

A bit too sentimental…

just like how clothing trends always come round full circle, funeral trends should too! so lets start sending bodies out to sea in burning ships! 10/10

Rosemund Pike deserved an Oscar because I could never even pretend to fall out of love with David Tennant. Oh, he cheated? Eh, he probably had valid reasons.

oh my god, it's so oddly funny. it's a very cute movie, so surreal, kinda absurd at times but quite moving. the kids are adorable, annoying, very resourceful, & so innocent.
every conversation Lottie had with her grandad was so beautiful & insightful.
