We Live in Time

As much as I love a nonlinear plot progression, I think this movie would have affected me more if I saw the events in the order they happened. Build me up, break me down, give me hope, and then absolutely demolish my spirit. I personally think it would have worked better that way

this is so painful yet so beautifully written and executed. i know people are upset about the ending but it really is an incredible full circle and showcases life’s best and worst moments. almut got the closure she wanted. tobias got the loving last months. ella will know her mom

Whoever cast together two of the most likeable and dedicated actors is a genius. A gutwrenching love story about life, death and the time in between. It's not okay to do this to me. There's so much realism within the characters, the type that makes you laugh for how cringe or bittersweet moments are. All of it drenched in depression. Peter Parker and Yelena Belova, this is how I'd imagine it. I'd recommend watching it with someone because you really do feel the stark loneliness, even at baby showers. Plus it's a little long and the confusing timeline makes you focus on other things.

So I absolutely ADORE Andrew and Florence and so of course both of them in one movie is something I’m bound to love. I did like at the end how Almut was remembered for the things she accomplished. I didn’t however love the nonlinear storyline. Absolutely heartbreaking 8/10

Incredible ending showing death, felt like no conclusion but conclusion at the same time it was horrible 😭😭😭😭😭
