Water for Elephants

Watch it a long time ago used to love it, but was pretty sad.

I watched the movie again after just finishing the book. The book is sooo amazing! READ IT!!!😍

But unfortunately as i did a re-watch I became a bit disappointed with the movie. Not because of the actors, they are amazing especially Waltz who’s so good at being menacing and low-key evil!

But so much good stuff is missing (I know that’s the usual book->movie critique, but it’s never felt as major to me, as in Water for elephants🥲)

You’re not pulled in to the circus life as much. And obviously there wasn’t much time either to look into the relationships with the other workers.

This would have done so well as a mini-series😮‍💨🤩 and I still think somebody should steal that idea and execute it promptly!
