i liked the aliens and stuff

Most anticlimactic movie Ive ever watched, it’s like spending two hours trying and failing at making a lasagna and then at the end before you get to eat it in this built up climax Garfield comes out of nowhere eats it, spits in your face, and then you die from his common bacteria

Putting aside the 2005 special effects💀 an interesting story and impressive directing.
No one does sci-fi like Spielberg 👏🏾

My watch for this was long overdue but i’m glad it was cz this was a snooooze. Once the plot was set up it was just: Attack, Run, Hide, Attack, Run, Hide, and again and again. I wish we got more lore about the aliens and why the tripods were underground.
