Very predictable. Went to go watch it in the movies when it first came out and Litterally fell asleep halfway through

I wanna smoke whtever these guys had making this film

I don't know what I wanted but it wasn't this silly regurgitated replica. Sony spinoff villains have always been bad, Riz Ahmed was at least likeable, but Woody Harrelson and Naomie Harris are unbearable. The casting surrounding Tom, Michelle, Mrs. Chen, and maybe Dan is so draining. I tried to have fun with it but it got nowhere. It's the same thing the first did only 'different'. Half the 'rules' don't make sense either. I was between a meh/dislike, ultimately it has 0 rewatchability and is forgettable. I watched it in cinema, on release, and cannot remember going. Even Venom isn't enough to make me enjoy it.

Glad to see Venom and Eddie up to their typical shenanigans. Something about this movie was just so unserious to me, and I’m not referring to the comedy; that was fantastic. I didn’t enjoy the villains and found the film quite underwhelming. However, Venom and Eddie really slayed

I tried to do my best to just shut my brain off and enjoy this but I really couldn’t get into it. From the beginning, the pacing was very wonky and I cringed numerous times at the dialogue. I was also pretty underwhelmed with the usage of Carnage. Nothing really stood out to me

i wish the movie had been longer and there was more action between carnage and venom. carnage is freakin scary as hell but this was a good movie but it’s not as good as the first movie. the first venom will always be superior.

This movie doesn’t make any sense. How can the son be stronger than the father? It doesn’t make sense that the son of venom is created from ONE BITE of blood! Rate this movie 4,5/10👹

Disappointing sequel. Where the first film felt fresh, this one felt predictable. Definitely a missed opportunity

it just felt like one and a good one at that

This movie is definitively better than the first one, even tho it has some flaws here and there it's still pretty entertaining and fun to watch.

This movie is awful, they spit on the characters and wiped their asses with them.

At least the end credit scene was intriguing at the time but we all know how that really turned out — just more wasted potential.

That was worse than the first. No contest. But “I’m coming out of the Eddie closet” was a CRAZY LINE and they knew what they were doing there…
