To say that it is a bad movie would actually be a compliment to it. Stay away! Far, far away from this abomination! The only good thing about this crap is that Scarlett Johansson is naked. Now occupies a place of honor on my "Worst movies I've ever seen" list. Absolutely terrible

This is so difficult to describe…great cinematography, amazing score, beautiful movie but it was sooo boring. Took forever to get to the point and it still left you pretty confused. I ultimately understand what it was trying to say but really had to work hard to get there. Meh

One of the worst movies I’ve ever seen.

Don’t know why I watched this and who I got the recommendation from just weird movie like don’t get the concept and what is the point… wasted my time tbh. 🤮

Honestly, the book was pretty dark, but I would have liked the movie better if it was a closer adaptation to the book. I also think Scarlett Johansson would have been a good casting choice if the adaptation would have been closer to the book, but not for this script

I love Scarlett she is wonderful but this movies is very strange

probably one of the most boring things i’ve ever watched. i can enjoy artsy movies and find myself to be analytical, i understood the aliens developing empathy but that’s about it, it was way to long and like nothing happens idk how anyone could enjoy this

I can not talk and be mysterious for 2 hours wheres my movie at?

one of my favourite films. beautifully weird. even better after reading the book

very slow-paced and dragged on (intentionally) and i could kinda understand what they were trying to come across and sure i could understand why some ppl could like this but personally the style’s not for me, i didn’t like the movie that much

A film that truly feels alien and unfamiliar. A gradual progression from inhumanity to human. A special watch, thank you Jonathan Glazer.
