thought it was gonna be wlw and was sorely disappointed. turned it off after the cringe freaky text scene

turtles all the way down is one of my favorite books ever, and i dont really feel like this does the book justice at all. however, i still really liked it, i just wish it had more of the book in it. i love isabel and how well her representation of OCD was though, she did amazing.

It felt very realistic with a bit of what the fuck fiction sprinkled in there

I don’t have ocd, but I know what it feels like to feel trapped in your own brain and fear a hopeless future. I love that this is a romance, but also a movie of friendship. And WOW that last line was a masterpiece. Anything john green does gets the stamp of approval from me.

honestly resonated with aza's character so much and i thought Isabela did a wonderful job at acting out how OCD can really effect you and anxious thoughts can make you spiral. It felt very genuine and the movie portrayed it very well. silly, heartwarming, & made me cry 4 sure.

A great representation of OCD behaviors and the effect it can have. The characters were well developed with realistic arcs. However, the mystery aspect was set up strong at the start and the dad missing storyline never really paid off. I was looking forward to teen detectives.

This had me in TEARS. I won’t lie I wasn’t expecting this at all. This story really does break your heart into pieces in the best but worse ways possible. I know everyone always says “oh this movie IS me blah blah blah no other movie can get me like this” as if they aren’t saying it for a bajillion other movies but in reality I really do mean this. Most of Aza’s background seriously correlates with my life and I found my facial expressions SO surprised after something I understood COMPLETELY came up as I was watching. She is me and I am her. Gosh I really have no words to share for how I feel about this movie (I’m saying this as I just wrote a shit ton down lol). It took me so long to watch bc it’s just one of those movies you are so devastated to watch you just know it’ll tear you apart, well that was indeed correct for my part LMAOO. I’m in need of buying this book asap might even have to wake up extra early tomorrow to go out and get it before work. The acting in this was incredible and I think was such a heartwarming story, I do feel so deeply for each of the characters, especially Davis. I couldn’t tell if he got stood up or not, and if he did I mean he lost his dad!!!
Also to point out, ALL THE ACTORS IN THIS FILM!!!! Poorna Jagannathan, Miles Ekhardt, Felix Mallard, Debby Ryan and OF COURSE the stars of the show Isabela Merced and Cree Cicchino. Of course there is probably so many other fancy amazing actors in this but this is who I recognized and who I cherish. Familiar faces always bring a smile to my face. What’s funny is I only know Miles Ekhardt from the new show It: Welcome To Derry for just the little amount he is in it but oh hello I will recognize you for the rest of my time when watching films and I see a familiar face lol. Anyways here’s my little rant and I HOPE you go and watch this movie and go find the book like I am at a bookstore or something. I hope you like it as much as I did!!! Seriously had me crying throughout the movie even if nothing was happening during that moment, I guess it’s just that good LOL.

What a horrible boring movie, I regret watching this and want the time I spent sitting through this movie back. Holy, there was like zero character development and the characters were so annoying. Lame ass ending and such a waste of time. 2/10

Beautiful on the low + sexy mexy man = pretty goood

I LOVED this movie. Great acting + lines. The way OCD was portrayed was incredibly realistic, yet very respectful. I loved that other sides were portrayed too: how hard it can be to have a loved one with OCD. This movie actually brought me to tears which rarely happens.

A funny, relatable, informative, and thoughtful coming-of-age flick with some great visuals to represent mental health. Isabela Merced was intense and fully engaged in wanting to show how people react to certain situations brought upon them. From family and friends to lovers and idols. The dialogue was a huge letdown and made it feel clunky. Some scenes had me giggling and weeping and others cringing and coping. The soundtrack was banging, the cinematography was great, and the pacing of the story felt like the best worst day.

I guess the movie's message is good and all but did it really have to be this annoying?

It was okay I guess, nothing special.
Lemme explain, so I thought that this movie would be more like ‘Paper Towns,’ they go on an adventure “uncover secrets,” and clues and ultimately find out what they were after…but OH BOY was I wrong.
Not that I have a problem with it, but eh

I haven’t read the book but i found this movie quite entertaining, i really enjoyed it. Never really seen OCD told this way, i like how they chose to depict it. Isabela’s acting is also great in this. And extra brownie points for this taking place in my home state. GO HOOSIERS🤘🏽🌽
