This is yet another movie I never saw coming, but I love it so, so, so, so much. Everything I saw captivated me the songs, the characters, the colors of all characters and locations, the feelings, the story, everything was wonderful.

A very good film with an engaging story and strong performances. Some parts felt a bit slow, and a few scenes could be tighter, but overall it’s enjoyable and worth watching. Leaves a positive impression, even if not perfect.

Rewatching at my daughter’s insistence, it’s funnier and more visually creative than I remembered, with a surprisingly dark premise. The starry cast is underused, emotional ambition falls short, and the ending is overly sweet, despite solid lead performances. 6.4/10
