How could a film about Pearl Harbor be so slow.
This film had me quite bored and it had no right to be over two hour. I liked that they went back and forth between the American and the Japanese sides. What the film fails to do is that every character feels like an npc.

Good account of what happened up to December 7, 1941, but didn’t fully grab me. DEFINITELY better than 2001’s Pearl Harbor though

It was an extremely accurate description of what happened leading up to the attack on Pearl Harbor from both American and Japanese point of view.

A well put together film based on the attack of Pearl Harbour. Perfectly demonstrates both sides without any over-saturation. It’s authentic and feels real.

A great depiction of the attacks on Pearl Harbor. Brilliantly shows the genius planning by the Japanese mixed with the bureaucratic errors on the part of the Americans. Michael Bay wishes he could have made this version!
