Tony Hawk should be recognized in every single list of one of the greatest athletes of all time. This documentary was super rad.

“We’re just grandparents falling from the sky”.

What a great line, interesting to see how their love for the sport conflicts with their age, and yet they love it anyway.

One of the best sporting legends ever.

Great documentary and source of motivation. Everyone only ever sees the tricks you land but not the journey and dedication it took to get to that point. They portrayed this very well, the footage throughout the documentary is unbelievable. They’ve got tons of old pics and videos.

One of the best skateboarding documentaries I have ever saw

Got boring towards the end and fell asleep right before he finally landed the 900. He does have an interesting story, and a concerning compulsion with skateboarding.

Solid doc on the legend Tony hawk. Landing the 900 at the x games is one of my all time favorite sports moments, very cool to see the context around that. Also wild how hard he still pushes himself at 53
