I recall eating this up but it’s been forever since I watched it in theaters so I could be wrong

Every 'Brad Bird' movie I've seen feels like the most 'non-Brad Bird' movie I've ever seen. 'The Incredibles' and 'Mission Impossible', 'The Iron Giant'? Some of my favourites. Unfortunately, this is probably his weakest. It's understandable why it flopped, not only is it pure generic 'Disney', but it lacks a bit of everything. The target audience was confusing, it flips from silly and stupid, to science and depth. The characters/world felt overshadowed by the spiceless, slippery story. Timeless messages but confusing execution. Beautiful visuals with a repetitive soundtrack. Overall, it feels like a chopped-up slab of meat with sprinkles on top.

This is one of my favorites movíes ever... the message really hit close to home, and I adore the concept. Its really sad that this flopped, and not many people watched it.

There’s so much potential that this film holds, and it could have been fleshed out better in different ways whether fixing this film or through a sequel/trilogy. The motive for the villain was creative and awakening to us as the audience should learn from.

one of my favorite movies ever made!! so so so underrated. pretty good acting and “okay” casting, but the casting doesn’t really matter for a movie like this lol. the plot in this is SO COOL. it feels like a fever dream and the cgi is unbelievable. how do people hate this movie..

Scary ass movie

I see so many comments talking about how fever-dreamy this is and you are so right. I remember LOVING this when it came out. I think it has such an amazing message and it was conveyed in such a brilliant way. This film was so creative. Which wolf will you feed? 🐺

More like Stupidland am I right? Not a fan but I won’t kill anyone that likes it. I will simply haunt them and kill their pet fishies 😈🔪🐟

Gave me hope that the world won’t always be bad.
And that our actions effect so much more then we may think. I have rewatched multiple times

Quite a bad movie. Story pacing is all over the place. Dialogue is poor and forced. Acting is very unbelievable and he’s to watch. I expected much more from George Clooney and Hugh Laurie. At best, maybe a 3 or 4/10.

Really nothing special, but good for a chill movie night with friends.

fun concept and plot but i wish the characters were fleshed out a bit better and that the conflict of the plot was both harder to fix and a larger point in the movie— like i think a larger part of the movie is the characters making their way to tomorrowland which is cool but yk

I feel like they over complicated the shit out of this movie and concept for no reason but it had potential to be good for sure. It wasn’t a bad movie, just kinda slow & boring.

I like it, it is not as futuristic as we might think at the beggining but I have thruly loved the message above.
