I have seen it about a hundred times! It’s alright, but as someone who has struggled with anorexia it is very romanticizing and is commonly used by the ed-community to trigger themselves.
The love story in it is very uneccessary, not everything should be about love🙄🙄

Pretty good movie. I almost cried multiple times. I thought that Eli and Luke were very cute and I liked that the movie ended not with Eli getting better, but her just accepting the help and wanting to get better. Disclosure: I have no experience with anorexia in any way

This was such a well produced movie those last 30 minutes were just amazing and it was just so good but also so sad to see all the different perspectives and lives definitely a good movie if you can handle serious topic such as this

A very good movie not necessarily a hard watch but not super easy either the comedy helped make it a more light hearted movie depicting real struggles I would have loved a little more at the end but it left a very open view which I believe was the point 8/10

It’s raw and emotional, but I think it’s very triggering and romanticising, even tho I know that’s not at all what the directors wanted.

This is an emotional one. It displays different types of eating disorders in ways that aren’t glamourised, instead they’re real and raw and heartbreaking. The cast is amazing and the film gets you into your feels and relates you to the characters.

This movie was alright. The seriousness of it seemed a little sugar-coated and reminded me of a bad “Girl Interrupted”. I did like the movie, but it wasn’t my favorite. I think the best thing about it was how the Dr (Keanu) showed Eli (Lily Collins) that life was worth living.

even though it may seem contradictory, I‘ve never seen a movie which made me put such an emphasis on life as this piece.
The Beauty however is found in the disorder as in the healing, the emphasis on life is put on it not through it being presented differently
