Absolutely phenomenal, despite the GLACIER slow pace. A complete palate cleanser of “modern pacing”, where there’s no need for subtlety. Most people will think this is a complete waste of time, and that’s a fair assessment. If you’re willing, watch this multiple times over again.

I love cold war spy thrillers, so I was quickly invested - the slow burn, subtle suspense, & pervasive uncertainty of who to trust. Meticulous screenplay, gorgeous cinematography. Gary Oldman never misses & Tom Hardy also rocks. But parts of the 2nd half were hard to follow.

Intricate and smart Cold War thriller that intrigued until the end. Pay attention though, as there is not much to differentiate between characters and motivations for their actions.
