Absolutely phenomenal, despite the GLACIER slow pace. A complete palate cleanser of “modern pacing”, where there’s no need for subtlety. Most people will think this is a complete waste of time, and that’s a fair assessment. If you’re willing, watch this multiple times over again.

What a star-studded cast. Superb performances from Gary Oldman, Tom Hardy, and the middle-man. Deeply brutal at points and strangely tender at other points of violence. I underestimated the director from the choppiness of the first shot but the Budapest shot blew me away.
