A scientist creates a time machine and kills their younger self to see what would happen. And that self-obsessed, misanthropic, mad genius of a scientist is Tim Travers. And the universe was bad enough with only one of him.

Tim Travers and the Time Traveler's Paradox
It’s interesting, but also bewildering. The film throws so many paradox tests at you that it becomes hard to understand. The humor, the weirdness, and the escalating loops create a unique atmosphere.
