Three Colors: Red Reviews

Words can't describe how disappointed I am in this. Can't believe my eyes reading and watching the review videos praising it. Empty and hollow I don't even know how to describe it.
It js kept going and going with literally nothing happening, no script, no emotinal core, no-

I like the concept

Beautiful film, part of an amazing trilogy of the 3 colors films!

Despite the rave reviews, I found myself connecting to this film the least out of the trilogy. It deals with a lot of themes, not a face value, but nothing really struck a chord for me.

The story itself is sweet, about companionship and the whole effect of chance with how things play out. Tons of metaphors too; broken glass, storms etc. how they represent the unpredictable- it’s all very clever, but I just never found it overly interesting.

I liked how the trilogy was connected through the event at the end - again with the storm metaphor coming into play. The trilogy as a whole is a fantastic one - I really believe all of them would benefit for a rewatch as a lot of what it says is extremely subliminal.

Very poetic this was Krzysztof Kieślowski’s last picture, certainly a culmination of his thoughts and philosophies.

sin duda la más visualmente atrapante de las tres. una historia agridulce que juega con la verdad, la justicia y el destino. buen final para la trilogía.

the best for a reason. perfect in every way with a masterful narrative, full of life and always expanding with effortless clarity and warmth. the writing, performances, cinematography and score; a wonderful ending to an exceptional collection of films. cinema in its purest form

Blue is my favorite

My least favorite of the trilogy but still pretty good.

The greatest film in the trilogy and one of the greatest movies ever made. Brilliant and a true piece of cinematic art

mio preferito in assoluto dopo blu

I had the opportunity to watch Red at a movie theater, glad that I watched it there, what an amazing trilogy, absolutely loved the ending
