A Quirky Film. Beautifully shot, wonderful blocking and cinematography. Excellent soundtrack and performances by a talented cast. The story was a bit unexpected, but worth it.

A slow paced story about acceptance, the holocaust and a very late coming of age; The film is visually great, especially the scenery and Sean Penn gives a poignant performance.

This must be THE movie. So tough and rough at some points, it shows how crude love might look like and everyone has crisis. It moves you in a surprising way.
