At first it might seem as a film trying to be clever, but feel a little on the nose; as the storytelling choices made are bold but not totally revolutionary. However, this film WILL make you laugh, it speaks volumes on that part of history and it does have a powerful message

everyone should watch this movie, it must be a lesson to every single one of us. it’s movies like this that make me feel so proud of being italian, it’s movies like this that still give me hope in humanity.

I watched this movie 3 times, it is astonishing. It’s all in black and white. It portrays the role that women had in society back in the day, what everyone expected of them and how they were perceived. It is a story of emancipation. The acting was absurd. Paola Cortellesi is goat

A beautiful movie that broke my heart. Women we have always fought for our rights so it's a beautiful story. Delia is fighting also for her daughter and I find it very beautiful she didn’t want her to have this violent husband and want her to be free.

They did a great job making this movie look new but with an older version. Funny but true. Women on top! 🔝

Excellent movie with deep message with sprinkles of light tones, I like her role first, glad to discover it was her first time as Director❤️
