James is such a Genius.

Brosnan is very good here playing a tougher Bond than usual. The plot and script is ok but nothing special. Theirs a great supporting cast but Denise Richards is god awful as the eye candy. Theirs plenty of action and Carlyle is ok as the villain

just saw this one for the first time recently. nothing mind blowing but it has some cool ideas for a Bond movie. i really like the villain and I always thought having an attractive lady as an antagonist would work really well in one of these movies. the action isn't my favorite

Convoluted villain scheme

Pretty boring. The harder they lean into the camp, the worse it gets I think

Honestly better than expected. The effects and stunts were exceptional, especially considering that date of 1999. Yes, there were a few instances of sexist dialogue but they were rare. Brosnan played a very stoic Bond and with an exceptional wardrobe. The villain had an interesting backstory. The story was honestly surprising and well written. Many cool explosions.
