Wes Anderson is competing with Wes Anderson to out Wes-Anderson Wes Anderson. This short was definition storybook. Amazing acting, incredible writing. I wonder how creative Wes Anderson can get before losing his charm in complex storytelling. Every second was utilized perfectly.

Watched for Wes Anderson, stayed for Dev Patel (my beloved). Wes Anderson definitely tried to out Wes Anderson himself, but I think what really kept my attention was the almost entirely unbroken eye contact; made me feel like I had to keep watching - or else.

simple and humorous storyline. gorgeous set. extremely cool camera works and lighting game. a nice storyteller eventhough i can't catch up bc they spoke too fast at some point. imagine a real theater show like this. dev patel's character was so funny here!
